Im having a sweet sixteen soon, and I want to do a cliche and take the limo to van and go for some good eats, i want somewhere not where everyone goes, like earls, cactus club etc... thats BORING, i want somewhere cool and urban, I found one called 100 nights, but its 17-24$ for an entree which is a little pricey, I want somewhere cool, with urban decor and amazing food. For a sixteen year old i watch WAY to much food network haha, PLEASE HELP

Guu/Gyoza King/Kingyo probably best choices. People can spend as much or as little as they want. Plus they're pretty loud restaurants so a whack of 16 year-olds can make as much noise as they want.

Guu is a great suggestion especially the gastown one...Bao Bei in Chinatown, Hapa Izakaya in Yaletown are some other restaurants that might fit the bill
