LaCrosse WI lunchtime event location??

I'm looking for a location to host a Saturday lunch/afternoon baby shower in LaCrosse, WI. I'd like to do any kind of food but definitely want good desserts. Somewhere with a nice atmosphere for a small all female party.

Waterfront, Four Sisters, and Piggy's come to mind. All our downtown. None are necessarily known for desserts, but all offer great atmosphere and food.
