Rehearsal Dinner for 15 in Pittsburgh

Hi guys. I'm looking for a place for a rehearsal dinner for 15 people in Pittsburgh in May. Preferably somewhere with a private space or quiet alcove since we don't want to have everyone shouting to be heard. We're looking to spend $30 per person or less, not including tax, tip, and alcohol. Any suggestions? Everyone is staying on the North Shore. Thanks in advance!

    How about Bella Vista up on Mt. Washington? Can take the incline up from Station Square. Great food, service, and a spectacular view!
