Choy Pong Hai - Chinese Dish

Anyone have a recipe for this? I believe it's egg whites with fish/crab meat/scallops normally. Never been able to make it like they do in the Chinese restaurants though.

    1. The reason you've never been able to make it "like they do in Chinese restaurants" is because you probably can't get your wok hot enough. Hard to replicate the high heat that restaurants can generate at home.
