Best burger in Hells kitchen, times square or midtown west area

looking for lunch preferably at a place with a full bar but if the burger is hands down better than anywhere else alcohol is not crucial

Note that the burger at 5 Napkin is $15, while the burger at db is thirty-some-odd dollars. Not that they're the same product -- they're really very different products -- but I wouldn't send someone for the burger at db without a warning about the price!
