What to do with leftover whey (from ricotta)

I just made some ricotta for a manicotti recipe, and have a lot of fragrant whey left over. What can I do with it? Does it freeze? Thank you.

To answer your second question first, yes, it freezes quite well. As for uses, it can be substituted for water in any bread recipes, used to water your plants, or given to pets. I'm sure there are more uses, but those are the ones that immediately come to mind.
