What cheese to top this savory tart
I'm making a tart with a layer of cream cheese on the bottom, and mostly filled with some sauteed greens and aromatics (with no custard). I'd like to top it with a cheese as well, somewhat lightly, for visual appeal and also to round out the flavors. I'm thinking that something sort of dry (not too gooey or fatty when melted) would be best. What kind of cheese would you use? Thanks so much.
