They are kosher, so may be a bit more than some other Chinese places in the area, but I found all our choices to be fresh and flavorful. Was bummed when Joyce Chen shuttered, and haven't quite recovered. It's also a good place to go in and have a meal. I'd recommend the Mongolian Beef, the Sesame Chicken, the Cashew Chicken and the Sliced Fish with Ginger and Onions.
