Do you know if it is possible to find ready made "pâte sablée" and "pâte brisée" in Nyc? I really miss Herta's and Marie's pastes...

I've never seen it. However, may I suggest making it yourself? Honestly and for real--it is extremely easy. Flour. Butter. Ice water. bit of salt. Bit of sugar. easy peasy. Less expensive too!
