Tinapa rice? Filipino dish.
Greetings. I'm hoping someone can tell me if any of the Filipino restaurants in Queens serves tinapa rice. It's a dish made of fried rice served with tinapa (smoked fish flakes) and salted egg slices. I had it in Manila in January and am really craving it now.
