Paolios Pizza in Hyannis
Went for a quick bite before an evening appointment in Hyannis. Great place, great staff, nice vibe, casual and very busy. I had a make your own medium pie with anchovies and artichokes and roasted eggplant. Love the crust and all but the anchovies were hard for some reason and of course I drank water all night long. My kiddo liked her chicken parm sub, not loved it. The Arugula salad was ok..hard pale tomatoes (grape or Campari would have been better) but the dressing was good. Go for pizza..and a GREAT wine selection. This is as good as it gets for pizza in Hyannis..thin crust, yum.
Try the pizza that is topped with arugula salad -- best of all worlds. I wouldn't call their crust thin in the league of Sweet Tomatoes -- Palio's is thicker, but I agree it is the best we've had in Hyannis.
I also noticed their wines -- maybe 10 choices, all inexpensive, but a thoughtful selection. Nice surprise for a basic pizzeria.

Loves me some Palio's as well, but give Colombo's a try if it's been awhile. Had a wonderful house salad (have to ask, not on menu), cup of fresh minnestrone, and a shared pizza with carmelized onion and roasted red peppers for around $20. Great service, nice room. Awesome pizza with a very nice thin, crunchy, chewy, and flavorful brick oven crust.
