Cheese for cantaloupe vanilla jam?

My husband picked up a delicious cantaloupe vanilla jam from Whole Foods, but I can't quite seem to find something I like it with.Too sweet for toast. Thinking about a cheese but not sure which one. Anyone have any suggestions for a cheese? What about any other uses? Thanks!

    Stuffed french toast.

    Serve with pancakes.

Mix with some aged basalmic vinegar and serve as a garnish with pork chops or pork cutlets.

i'm thinking the floral notes are probably somewhat similar to apricot preserves, so i'd use that as a guide. gouda works well, as does goat cheese and even gorgonzola...and prosciutto is a natural pairing with melon and will add a nice salty element to whatever you choose.

you can also stir some of the jam into yogurt or cottage cheese for breakfast...or maybe into ricotta for a crepe filling?
