Looking for Spanish Birthday Cake Ideas

Flamenco Guitarist friend is having a birthday in about a week. A friend thought it would be cute to do a spanish birthday cake. Didn't know where to start, so I thought to come here first. Any ideas, or recipes would be deeply appreciated.

The 'tocino de cielo' (literally, heaven's bacon) is not a birthday cake but a delicious sweet invented in Andalusia. People have it as a dessert.
