Good Ramen in EC, Albany or Richmond?

I've been craving good ramen close to my house and haven't had any luck. Not Berkeley, Oakland, SF or South Bay. But some place I can get good ramen without having to travel too far.

Katana-Ya used to be good way back when, but over the last few years the quality has gone way down. I tried Chika Ramen in Ranch 99 and it was awful.

I'm specifically looking for deep flavorful rich broth. There's a lot of excellent pho in the area, but ramen has been hard to find. I'm hoping there's a place I haven't heard about. At this point, I'm open to even just descent ramen. Any ideas?
