My girlfriend and I plan on spending the afternoon on the highline and I'd like to find a place to have a romantic dinner close by after a few evening drinks. She is 100% vegetarian, I eat mostly vegetarian but will sometimes have meat. I'm hoping to spend around $120 including a bottle of wine.

  1. $120 including tax, tip and your wine? That's going to be tough, if you want a romantic "nice" meal... Assume about $40 for your bottle of wine at a nice-ish place, perhaps less if you decide to go more low-key.

Can you clarify that you are including tax and tip in your $120 number?

    1. You may be able to do Aurora with prudent ordering.

P.S. Atmosphere is not like the pictures on the website during the evening. It's pretty dark and candle-lit.

      1. How about The Green Table in Chelsea market? I am a vegetarian and went there with my omnivore beloved last spring - very solid beverage list, menu featured fiddle head ferns and morels and such - quite lovely!
