Best restaurant near Basking Ridge????

I'm going to be in town for a meeting, and am looking for a great restaurant (preferably steakhouse, but doesn't HAVE to be) near Basking Ridge. Entertaining clients, so money is not an issue. Thoughts?

Definitely Sublime! Amazing food with better pricing than Ninety Acres, Bernards Inn and The Pluckemin Inn. Delicious cocktails too. Just not sure if it's the best place to entertain clients - depends on how "corporate" they are...

I think 3 West would be a perfect choice. Visually gorgeous, fireplace smack in the middle of the room, these folks spared no decorating expense. Food is excellent. Very innovative menu, service is attentive as well. A place that will definitely impress a client.

I disagree, had some wonderful meals at 3 West. Definitely way way ABOVE average for me. Gorgeous environment is easy on the soul as well.
