trying to narrow it down for 2 dinners, 1 b'fast or lunch, 1 Sunday brunch.....
Have dinner res. at August & Brigtsens's & Sunday Brunch res. at Mr.B's.
However- I'm reconsidering because I've gotten mixed reviews on all and August may be more formal than I'd like. Now considering the following-
dinner- Bayona, Emerill's, Patois, Herbsaint, Coquette, Lilette,
brunch- Ralph's on the Park, Coquette, Cafe Atchafalaya or stick with Mr. B's?
B'fast- Stanley

I think that the brunch and breakfast choices are excellent, at least in my experiences.
For dinner, I also agree with the addition of Restaurant August into the mix.
I've not been to all of your choices, so can only rank Bayona (great), Emeril's (great) and Herbasaint (too long ago to be worthwhile now). Still, considering my experiences, I would definitely add Restaurant August for the big meal.
Enjoy,
Hunt

I like the fact that you are open about your disorder. The problem is, you need to decide what you want. All the restaurants you mention are quite good, at the same time they are all different. Stay longer next time.

Keep the reservation at August. It is a little dressy but unpretensious; it is worth it and it is reasonably priced for the quality of food you get. The tasting menu w/ wine pairings has never let me down. Brigsten's is good but I personally prefer Herbsaint compared to all the other restaurants named. They are all good though with the exception of Lilette which I was not a fan of and I haven't been to Coquette so I can't really give my opinion.
The only brunch I've been to from your list is Mr. B's and I would order the same thing for brunch as I would for any other meal there... BBQ shrimp. I know it's not on your list but I think Commander's jazz brunch is the quintessential new orleans culinary experience. You've probably been but I figured I would throw it out there.
Personally I think Stanley is a little overrated but it's good for a quick bite.
