Puffy Pita-thingies with Mongolian Barbecue?

When I lived in Socal, a friend and I would go to a Mongolian Grill that served these lovely puffy pita-like things to wrap up your grilled deliciousness. They were like mu shu pancakes filled with air. Anyone know what I'm talking about and where I might find these in Seattle? I'm looking for a restaurant, not a grocery store.

I have only found that in southern california. Up here it is always the thin rice pancakes.
