Has anyone on the board ever attended this? I am an ardent home cook and interested in agriculture. Is there any focus on those topics or is it mostly to showcase local eateries?

Thanks in advance!

  1. I am headed there on Friday. I wouldn't miss it. There will be a couple of local eateries represented, as they produce salsas for sale. Cervante's and Garduno's have attended in the past. However, this is by no means a venue for eateries but vendor's offering a wide assortment of hot sauces, dry rubs, pickled products, salsas, cooking equipment, etc. I've been going for years and it is a good time. Be prepared for large crowds and bring some tums, prilosec, etc.! I hope you go and if you do, that you enjoy yourself!
