Jamaican food, Korean barbeque, and Local/organic Food

Hey everyone,

I know this is very scatter-brained, but I will be in San Francisco for a few days, so I want to get to taste the best of a lot of different things in a really short amount of time. What would you recommend for great Jamaican, Korean bbq, or local/organic restaurants that aren't too pricey?

Thanks everyone :)

I can't comment on Jamaican food in SF proper, but Back A Yard (Menlo Park) and Coconuts (Palo Alto) both get my vote. Coconuts is the upscale sister to Back A Yard, so if price is major consideration, you'll do fine at Back A Yard.

I'll third Han Il Kwan. It's quantity over quality, but it is mighty tasty & they stuff you. I'd skip Brothers...way overrated, overpriced, and not very good at all imo. The only Korean restaurant in the city that I think has legitimately good BBQ is Korean Village/Wooden Charcoal (on 10th & Geary), but it's mad expensive.

For Korean bbq that isn't too pricey try Han Il Kwan . It's located in the outer Richmond though. For good inexpensive Korean (not bbq) closer to Union Square, Dong Baek Restaurant is our go to (the fried chicken is really good).
