frozen egg roll
I read this that the egg roll in its entirety is frozen? Yes then get the oil good and hot, 350-360, and drop them in a couple at a time. The oil temp will drop so don't crowd them. I make extra lumpia or egg rolls and freeze them carefully. Individually - so the don't touch and stick together, then once they're frozen I drop them in a large plastic ziploc bag. Fry when I want them, this is huge time saver!
If you let them thaw out they'll fall apart.
