For variety (regional and otherwise) it's got to be Ryleighs. The rest of the menu doesn't suck either, plus, you can sit down, unlike Faidleys. If there's somewhere else in Baltimore to get west coast varieties (gigas or sikameas), I'd like to know where that might be.
For local "flavor" - a dozen Chesapeake's at Faidleys.

Ryleigh's in Federal Hill. They always have a great oyster selection and carry a variety of local and national beers. Depending on when you go (happy hour and certain nights during the week) they have great deals on their oysters.
