I have been looking everywhere and have not been able to find any boudain here yet. Anyone know of anywhere?

Thank you,
Donna

I don't think you'll find it here. You may want to try and call a speciality butcher, like Hilltop Butcher. I googled it and there are a number of online resources where you can purchase it; even a few recipes.

    Good luck!

Ahh thank you! I was sure hoping to find it! I am from the Texas/Louisiana border and haven't had any luck at all so far.. Will check with Hilltop Butcher though! Appreciate your response!

      Take care!

My sister gave me a spice packet of breakfast sausage seasoning from Penzeys Spices for Christmas. I've been experimenting with different meats making my own sausage. From what I've heard, Penzeys has several sausage seasoning choices that can be purchased online. You might want to see if they offer a boudain spice mix, and buy the meat locally to make your own fresh blend at home.
