Probably Whole Foods but I haven't been there yet. My local Ralph's doesn't carry it.

WF does have it, both loose and packaged (Arrowhead Mills).

Middle Eastern markets always carry it. Sami's on Fairfax near Clinton has it, and so do both Glatt Mart and Elat markets on Pico Blvd. off of Wooster. I just bought a bag last week.

    2. Partamian Bakery on West Adams. They have the #3 Pilaf and #4 Extra Course Grinds

      1. I always get mine in bulk from Whole Foods. However, if you're looking for a particular grind, Papa Cristo's has about five different ones, from coarse to fine.

        1. I guess the question in LA is - where can you NOT find it? : )

You say your Ralphs doesn't have it, but mine is a very small plain one and it does - look in the "international" section.

Yes, Elat has tons, most middle eastern markets do and Jons Markets have it as well. Happy hunting!

          1. Super King Market on San Fernando has many types of bulgur. It is my go-to bulgur emporium!

            1. I am pretty positive that both Henry's Farmer's Markets and Sprouts carry it. In bulk - you get as much as you want.
