Restaurants/lounges/bars with inside balconies

I am looking for any restaurant in the Los Angeles County area that has an inside balcony for dining. Any suggestions?

Xiomara has an upstairs with a wrought-iron railing overlooking the main floor-- is that a balcony? I'm not sure what's up there, though, if it's additional seating or a private room of sorts?

I was sad when Xiomara decided to convert from Cuban to "California" food, not sure I'd drive out of my way for that.

I'm not sure if it's convenient, but La Fonda on Wilshire in K-town would be cool.

Jinpachi in West Hollywood, not a bar or lounge though.

La Serenata di Girabaldi in Santa Monica has an upstairs that overlooks the main dining room.

Cicada, built in 1928 is one of the most beautiful restaurants in this city. Cicada's interior retains the original art deco fixtures, stair rails, and molded plaster ceiling panels from that period.

I guess I'm not 100% clear where the boundary is between an indoor balcony overlooking the dining room and just regular upstairs seating, but Jiraffe has an upstairs seating area that I would say is a balcony. Also, good food. :)

Taverna Tony's in Malibu has an upstairs balcony overlooking the main dining room.

Also in the area is Saddle Peak Lodge, but I can't remember if the upstairs overlooks downstairs or not.

Villa Lounge in West Hollywood doesn't serve food- it's a bar/nightclub but they also have an indoor balcony with tables overlooking downstairs.

Trying to think of some others...

Thanks! Villa Lounge sounds interesting and more in the direction I'm looking.
