Start New ThreadI am looking for sushi recs for the Chicago suburbs. I would really like to go to Katsu, but it is more than I want to spend on a sushi dinner. What other restaurants serve excellent quality sushi in the Chicago suburbs? I will probably be ordering sushi and not sashimi.

If north - akai Hana in wilmette and Kamehaci in Northbrook are my favoriites - for an economical sushi binge The Sea Ranch in Evanston has $20 all you can eat option and the sushi is very good.
