Any hot new restaurants in the financial district?

Looking for lunch in the financial district or somewhere very close that has amazing food and is fairly new.

Price no object.

      The Gabardine is very new and is very good. Not sure what you're looking for, but it's more on the comfort food end of the scale than on the fine dining end.
