Matza lasagna variations:
1. spinach and cheese and tomato sauce
2. meat and eggs with some coffee creamer and tomato sauce
3. take all the leftover chicken/turkey from the seder and get all the meat off the bones. Sautee onions and celery and egg, dump some chicken soup on top. No tomato sauce. Tastes like chicken and stuffing. Variation: same chicken more vegetables and kneidlach.Baked salmon, baked or boiled potatoes, carrots
Meatloaf. Matza makes a great substitute for breadcrumbs.
