Spending 4 days in Anniston/Oxford Alabama

I will be flying into Birmingham on Monday, Feb 28 and then on to Anniston. Any great places to eat for lunch on the way to Anniston? Also, lunch and dinner choices in Anniston/Oxford/Jacksonville would be appreciated! Thanks!

The Victoria Restaurant at the Victoria Inn in Anniston is wonderful. We drive from bham to Anniston quite often to dine there.
