Party caterers/bartenders?

Hi all,

Throwing a birthday party for my husband and about 40 guests. I want to hire a bartender to make drinks and someone to make appetizers and walk around serving them for a few hours. Suggestions?

try asking your favorite local resto to see if they can spare an employee or two as a freelancer-maybe even buy some of the apps from then to sweeten the pot. or just google staffing agencies in nyc and hire them that way. or see if the french culinary has a job board/service that will get you students to staff it.
