Storefront for Ambitious Home Chefs

Does anyone know if there is a store in NYC that sells tapioca maltodextrin, sodium alginate or calcium chloride? Spherification or meat glue kits are just as good. I know these can be purchased via mail order, but I am looking for a local shop. I have already tried Kalustyan's to no avail.

I stopped by Kalustyan's just to check their stock in person. No tapioca maltodextrin. I'm hoping someone else may have a storefront for me.

Just order it online from will powder. All hyrdocolloids are not created equal and they stock quality stuff. Also, don't just get any tapioca maltodextrin, use n-zorbit.
