My husband's boss will be in town mid-April and is looking to take his staff out to dinner. Unfortunately, the boss is has celiac disease, so I would like to have options to present to him as choices of where to dine. Not having said condition myself, I'm not sure which, if any, restaurants have a special listing, or fits this catagory. Any assistance would be appreciated.
Thanks.

Many good restaurants are celiac-friendly or can accommodate. All of the Garces group restaurants--Amada, Tinto, et al--stand out and have GF menus. Giorgio's on Pine is also a very good Italian BYOB with GF pasta, though I haven't actually tried the pasta.

The topic has been covered before if you search, but none of the other threads target Center City, I don't think.

Modo Mio does gluten free pasta and will make gluten free bread. Just give them a call and let them know you're coming. About 6 of us went, including our friend with celiac and we couldn't tell the difference in the pastas..delicious!

Bibou is great for a special evening. Matyson is one of our favorites and very accommodating. Fish is outstanding but all seafood. Sonata they will present you with a customized gluten free menu and the food is terrific. Sazon is extremely casual but they may want to go on one other evening. For a special treat take him to Sweet Freedom Bakery. Everything they have is gluten free.
