Help! Accidentally put plastic in Slow Cooker with meat... is it still OK?
Ok I feel like the world's biggest idiot, but when I slid my chuck roast into the slow cooker this morning to make shredded beef burritos, I accidentally let the plastic meat thing that the meat sits on slide into the slow cooker. It's that plastic padding bit that is usually black/white. Anyways, I just got home and saw that hanging out in the slow cooker, with all the delicious meat. Is my meal ruined? Would it be horrible to eat? Please help, thanks!!!
