Wings in the French Quarter

LargeLife Feb 23, 2011 07:24 AM

I'm heading to New Orleans this weekend......have been there many times.....and can't wait to get there and start eating!......I have my favorite spots lined up and reservations made.....But I am a chicken wing connoseur......and was wondering... is there is any place in the French Quarter that has some wings worth checking out??

I'll be eating plenty of gumbos and all my other cajun favorites.....but would like to sneak in a chicken wing if there is a place to worth chicking out.......

I've never had them but some people get excited about the stuffed chicken wing appetizer at NOLA:

They have a bar area where I'm sure you could sit and just order a drink and the wings.

I think Emeril's might serve a Chicken and Waffles dish, and of course Willie Mae's is known for its fried chicken. As far as Buffalo style wings, I think you are out of luck.

The Praline Connection on Frenchmen has very very tasty Buffalo wings!
