The nasty rumors sound suspicious. YIKES!!
One of the owners was helping out and working the tables. He asked us how everything was and certainly seemed upbeat and unstressed.

We (6) went to PSBKLYN for Sunday brunch. Everyone thought it was excellent!! Very nice space, super attentive servers and very good food at a decent price.
$16 covered the whole brunch meal, coffee, juice, bacon, sweet potato home fries and hangar steak with eggs!! Such a deal.
Our tablemates had an assortment of eggs Benny, bagel, lox and cream cheese, pizzzetta and "Polish Delight" all very good.
It's a bit noisy since it appeals to families with kids. Video game screens in the booths and a game room downstairs. Mommy and daddy can have a high quality adult meal and mimosa while the kids entertain themselves. An interesting concept.
The dinner menu was interesting too. Maybe the next time I am back in my old "hood".

Not been, but $26 for hangar steak and $19 for shepherd's pie seems a bit steep to me. Then again, with this neighborhood who the hell knows what will strike a chord.

I hate to be too negative because (as a parent) I appreciate the kid-friendly gestures, BUT.... It was pretty awful. My sons' burger and fries were decent, but the "pizettas" were bad. The service was clueless, and the room was extremely noisy. Unless you are desperate for a kid-friendly place, do not go there.
