Affordable Lunch 81S- Roanoke, and Eats in Asheville, NC
Tomorrow morning we will get On our way from Annapolis, MD to Charleston, SC we are road tripping through Asheville, NC and Greenville, SC. I think we should hit Roanoke, VA around early lunchtime.
Two of us are looking for good, affordable eats. Something near the highway and not too heavy.
We will be in asheville for 2 days. Looking for lunch or big breakfast and dinner recs. While in Asheville, NC we will be dropping in at Brusin' Ales, Barleys Taproom, and the Thirsty Monk. From the looks of all the food forums, the consensus is that The Admiral may make a great dinner stop. Maybe beer will suffice for the other 2meals?
Greenville plans are for the Community Tap, and Thomas Creek Brewery. A good meal on the way and one in Greenville would be great.
We plan on takin 81 all the way in so any lunch or pit stop recommendations would be helpful.
