Savory filled, not sweet, croissants?

I went to Whole Foods on Sunday to get my spinach/feta stuffed croissant fix and was disappointed that they didn't have them made. Do you know of anywhere else that makes them?

I had a decadent ham and cheese stuffed croissant at Patisserie 46

I've not tried them, but I've seen savory croissants at the Salty Tart.

Are you looking for a "stuffed croissant", like a pain au chocolate type stuffed item? Or a croissant sandwich? (Is there a difference between "stuffed" and "sandwich"?)

If you're looking for sandwich type, you could give Pardon My French (Cliff Road, Eagan) a try. They have very good croissants, and make excellent sandwiches. I'm sure they could easily make a sandwich for you using a croissant.

I was really looking for ones that had the delicious goodness baked inside, but I do love a hot sandwich, too.

Bread and Chocolate has spinach and ham/cheese croissants every day. Very tasty.

Bars often has savory pastries, too.

            Both Saint Paul based.

Yep - Bars Bakery has ham and cheese croissants as well, but I believe they only make them on the weekends. Regardless, they're fabulous! As are their chocolate croissants.
