Where's warka?

Until a few years ago, Arax in Watertown used to carry sheets of warka dough -- paper-thin, round, crepe-like and surprisingly easy to work with -- used to make Tunisian brik pastries . They had been getting them from a supplier in Montreal who, if memory serves me correctly, decided the border crossing had become too much trouble, and that was the end of brik in our kitchen. Strangely enough, a recent crab cake ignited a hankering for these North African delights, and I'm once again in search of warka. On my most recent visit to Arax, they said they would look into seeing if they could get it back in stock, but I'd like to cast my net a little wider. I've looked online and it seems there is one purveyor that sells them through Amazon, but for far more than I recall ever paying for them. Any ideas?

Is phyllo a substitute? Or is it moist/eggy like crepe dough?
