Coming soon, would be my guess, but exactly when and with what vendors, I don't know. The photo was taken from the west side of Main St. at 40th Rd.

It's called the New World Mall. I don't know when it's opening but here is a link to an article about it back in September.

This should be awesome. I wonder if a lot of the already established businesses will transplant themselves here with the hope of luring more customers? I guess we will have to wait and see.
