ISO Perls (style) Salami

I have missed this wonderful dry (no plastic cover around the Salami packaging) kosher salami that only perls has been able to make.

SInce the fire, I have yet to find anything close. Chicago Salami was close, but they moved from the dry style to the wrap it in plastic style..which just isn't the same.

Perl's Salami was the gold standard

Aaron's Best Kosher Salami is the nearest facsimile...works extremely well in salami & eggs and on the BBQ

Hartmann's had a few in stock the last time I was there, including some that were partially dried. I can't remember which brands.
