Healthy brunch in Montreal???

I'm looking for a restaurant where we can have sunday brunch and feel healthy afterwards, somewhere with lots of fruits and good ingredients?

  1. Aux Vivres, which is vegetarian, has three brunch options:
    -tofu scramble with cornbread
    -fried polenta with guacamole
    -organic waffle with fruit salad

    Not sure if eating veg is your thing, but lots of non-vegetarians like this place too. At St. Laurent, north of Mont Royal.

    Also, you can get a pretty healthy brunch at Olive et Gourmando if you avoid the pastries (which, I know, is hard to resist). I've had a yogurt granola concoction there and they also do poached eggs and fruit salads. In the Old Port.

      I'll have to second Aux Vivres. I have brought hard core meat eaters there for brunch and they loved it!

I went to le hachoir on weekend for brunch and family had various egg orders which come with homecooked potatoes, green salad (instead of usual bacon) I had the french toast with wild blueberries with touch of maple syrup, all were delicious, and the portions just right. It is located on St. Denis and Rachel. Kind of trendy place.
