Not yet, but I'm looking forward to it. I figure I'll get my first taste at the Savour Show on March 2. I guess Chef Clavel will be using liquid nitrogen on site, which is kind of exciting. He's one of only two local chefs I know of who toy around with that level of molecular gastronomy, and I'm interested to know if he'll be using those techniques at Seasons, too.
