Cafe Souvenir: Windows Papered up

Walked by Cafe Souvenir on Bernard, and couldn't help but notice the windows are papered up. Anyone have any idea as to what is going on there?

    They are reopening on Feb 23rd

      I saw it was open last week and today there was a favourable review in journal de montreal although service was slow; it was closed to spruce up decor
