Solo dining on a Sat night

Hi,

I will be spending a Sat night in March alone in Manhatten. Any suggestions for sitting at a bar with good vibe/good food? French, Italian....asian last resort.... Would spend up to $70ish.....

      You actually have tons of options -- solo diners are common in Manhattan and lots of restaurants have bars you can dine at. Does that $70 include, tax, tip, or wine/drinks?
