Cooking Shoulder London Broil

Help! Thought I was going to broil a piece of "London Broil"...but now that I've opened the pkg I see it's 2 thick pieces (about 4"), each about 1-1/2lbs...so how should I cook it? Bake it? At what temp & for how long? (Right now it's marinating.)
Thanks!

Slow cooking is usually the way to go with a large thick piece of beef from the shoulder, I would braise it in some beer or stock with lots of onions, bacon, tomato paste & vinegar.

Brown the onions well and maybe consider a dark beer. Serve on mashed potatoes.
