Chihuahua style Food / West Texas BBq in El Paso

I was hoping to ask some recommendations from locals on where to get some good eats in El Paso. Ill be visiting from San Diego.

I am interested in the above cuisines the most. I was wondering if anyone could steer me to the most traditional representations of N. mexican cuisine ie Chihuahua state style food in El Paso - if it exists.
