Best Meat (Beef, Lamb, etc., Not Seafood) Carpaccio in DC Area?
I've been on something of a carpaccio kick lately, but I'm a little afraid to try making it myself. Anyone have recommendations for really good carpaccio in the area? Live in DC but can make it out as far as Rockville or Fairfax, but probably not all the way to Baltimore or anything. I like any sort of non-seafood meat carpaccio, like beef/lamb/venison/duck. Thanks!
