Excellent food/off-season specials in Rehoboth Beach/Lewes

Enjoyed excellent food and super off-season prices in Rehoboth Beach/Lewes Feb 7-13, 2011.
Ate at Victoria's at the Boardwalk Plaza Hotel three times and once in the pub. One night was 3 courses for $24.95, Tuesday night is 3-course veal night for $19.00 and Friday night is prime rib entree night $22.95 king cut/$18.95 queen cut. Wednesday night they have a pub special 50% off. Had a great Angus bacon cheeseburger and fries for $5.00!
Ate one night at the Henlopen City Oyster House - great seafood chowder and oysters. Full prices.
Ate one night at Lupo di Mare in the Hotel Rehoboth - excellent eggplant parmesan - 3 courses for $19.00, even on Saturday night if you get there before 6 p.m.
Finally ate one night at Annabella's in Lewes. Excellent pasta dishes - nice salad and simple dessert.
Unbelievable price of 3 courses for $15.00 Sundys thru Thursdays.

  1. Victoria's has been very disappointing for us. I love their location right on the boardwalk though and the Wednesday special is a good excuse to try it again.
The two restaurants that were previously in that Annabella's location were not good at all so we have been hesitant. They advertise housemade pasta and they also have a bakery under the same roof so it must be the real deal.
Lupo is without a doubt a great recommendation.
Henlopen City Oyster House is apparently becoming very popular because it is always so packed when we stop by, even during the off-season! They have a Happy Hour every day. It is a very classy looking space.
Thanks for this and I'm glad you had such good experiences here.
