What a shocker :-(
I don't know what's going to happen to his Singapore venture now - it was a nice restaurant, situated right next to Guy Savoy's and 2 doors away from Tetsuya Wakuda's Waku Ghin.

I was at Can Fabes a few years & simply loved his cooking. Still have his cookbook with his personalized message & signature. Sad :-(
