Trying to recreate Hamura's Saimin's famous Lilikoi Chiffon Pie, but I haven't been able to find Passion-Fruit concentrate. I am looking for the pure stuff, not mixed with other fruit juices.

Hmm, have you tried the Passion Fruit beverage by Sumol? It's tasty but a bit tart. Great to mix into other drinks/recipes though. Girls love a splash of it in their beer too..

I just bought some tinned Passion Fruit drink by FOCO at NoFrills but it's really watered down and tastes more like weak iced tea. I didn't see the Sumol brand. Where did you see it?

Just be aware that Sumol is a carbonated drink, not a pure fruit juice like you're looking for.

They have it at Marketino, 2394 Keele at Lawrence West. The brand is Canoa, and it comes from Colombia. Super-delicious! Good luck with your recipe.

You can find Brazilian passion fruit concentrate at Dufferin Mall's No Frills (I think the brand is Jandaia) or in Portuguese or Brazilian stores in Little Portugal . Another option is the Latin stores in Kensington Market such as Perola. No Frills is by far the cheapest though.
